Susan Marlowe CPA and the search for semolina flour

Hello from Susan Marlowe CPA. Well, I am stumped. Who would have thought it would be so difficult to find semolina flour in this day and age? Well, it is. The great search for flour began when my niece, nicknamed Kimi Peck, wanted pizza. Naturally, a bit of semolina does a world of good in a pizza recipe. Anyway, I went to the store and there was none! Needless to say, I am not a happy Susan Marlowe.

I finally tracked down some at the local health food store. It was gudger brand. I will post a review and let you know how it handled. Thanks from Susan Marlowe CPA!
